About me

Hi!

My name’s Dasha, I was born in Ukraine but I’ve been living in France since my childhood. I have completed all levels of my education here. Thanks to the life in both countries, France and Ukraine, I am trilingual almost since my birth. So I’ve connected my profession with the languages!

I’m really passionate about the languages and my aim is to teach you four main skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening comprehension through the individual course that we will create according to your target and current language competences. We will build a bridge between French and your native language or the one that you already speak fluently.

I work with very different profiles such as motivated schoolchildren, students, businessmen and politicians. Our lessons can be aimed to successful passing the exams, integration to francophone society or to just speaking one of the most beautiful languages in the world!

I have been professionally teaching French as a foreign language since 2016, first with a certificate from the Alliance française, and later as a certified teacher. Since 2021, I have been teaching French at a Ukrainian university.

I approached the choice of a teacher very carefully, as it was important for me to have both the ability to speak French at a native level and the capability to explain all the nuances of French grammar in Russian / Ukrainian. Daria perfectly met these criteria, as she has lived in France since childhood. We have been studying for about three months now. I am very satisfied: we practice conversational language, I am starting to understand well by ear, and I can already speak/write in simple sentences myself. The lessons are very diverse, and the materials are interestingly selected. In most cases, these are French textbooks or even unadapted French articles that we analyze together, mastering real, living French. I highly recommend her both for practicing conversational French and for those who want to focus on grammar or prepare for a language exam.🙌🏻

Dasha is a great teacher to learn and to improve your French. She is very fast at figuring out your level and adapts easily to your individual learning goals. She knows perfectly how to explain to you every tiny bit of the French language - neither leaving out the grammar nor the pronunciation and specific expressions. She is keen to improve and to correct your mistakes - so it is very enjoyable and efficient learning experience. Also she is great partner for interesting conversations about a variety of topics - which also is a great practice for speaking French in everyday life.

I have been studying with Dasha for a month now. She is a wonderful teacher with an individual approach, an understanding of the student's specifics, and excellent language knowledge. In addition to me, Dasha teaches my teenage sister, and what I see from the outside I really like. Plus, my sister is very happy with the classes; Dasha prepares lessons taking into account the child's personal interests. I definitely recommend Dasha for both adults and kids.🤍

Insanely pleasant, good, and super professional girl. There is a lot of information and it is very clear. Young and the best teacher I have ever had. I speak 3 languages and know what it means to learn foreign languages, and she explains incredibly well. I would give 10 stars, but unfortunately the program only allows for 5. I recommend her to everyone! Thank you, Dasha!

Dasha is a wonderful tutor with a structured and well-thought-out program, she has excellent pronunciation and a solid understanding of grammar. Dasha always provides reasoned and detailed explanations regarding any language question. She is very organized, responsible, and punctual, but besides that - she is a caring and kind person.
